Baz - I'm not sure he's really committed to McCrae

Just saw an email from Baz.  I think he's losing it. He might be ready to give up the crown this year - trophy, team captain, the whole friggin nine yards. So let's have it - your own personal scouting report on Baz:

Here's my take:

Records / Awards / Stats: 2nd longest consecutive appearances as a Mucker (second only to Eddie!); most days in American prison, most Monday ice, biggest cooler, repeat winner: biggest fish, shore casting, trick casting

Strengths: Leadership, delegation+++, clever, humour, agility,  somehow catches fish in that damn ship of fools; always a threat for biggest fish, big mug of kahluha, knows how to keep ice from melting all weekend, always has extra smokes; knows when his team needs snacks

Weaknesses: Zif, streaky, inconsistent, late riser; can over think the game / try too hard due to limited game time (see late riser); often disappears for years at a time, after the rape/murder "joke" he scares me,

Intangibles: Immodium, Sunday mornings; big play potential - game breaker; in final months of management contract year
